I am a proud born and raised Greater Vancouverite, and no stranger to making moves. By the time I was ready to settle down and invest in real estate, I had already lived in 14 homes throughout the region. My parents bought and sold like it was a sport. Thanks to their mobility, I have a unique and intimate knowledge about the communities that make up this ever-evolving marketplace and I have developed a deep passion for life on the West Coast.  

My husband and I have put down roots in the City of Port Moody where we are raising our two teenage daughters and our goldendoodle. After a major overhaul to our starter home, we flipped it and reinvested in a larger one for our growing family. This we also renovated out from the studs. The process was a fun challenge both times, completed with our own hands and imagination...and just as a true labour of love should be, the lessons and rewards from those experiences are endless. Fourteen years later I am still relandscaping the garden, building decks, and transforming rooms. I have a love for the aesthetic, creating warm and inviting spaces for friends to gather, and applying my brand of TLC to keep it beautiful. What's most rewarding is when a friend requests my input on an overhaul of her own home. Sharing these passions with others is the best.

Professionally, I also have a 25 year background in Media Sales & Marketing, working for Canada's largest media companies.  Prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR®, I was Multi-Media Sales Manager of two of our country's largest daily newspapers, The Vancouver Sun and The Province, plus Westcoast Homes & Design Magazine. I have built out, managed, optimized and reported on countless creative marketing campaigns for businesses of all sizes, locally, regionally and nationally, including working with the Lower Mainland's largest real estate developers and marketing firms, and the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. As Real Estate Sales Manager, I was member of the Homebuilders Association of Vancouver (HAVAN), Canadian Homebuilders Association (CHBC), and Urban Development Institute (UDI), sponsoring their awards galas & charity golf events and supporting their membership initiatives. 

The gold I carry with me is the people I've met and network I've built along the way, which supports everything I do to help others today. I can negotiate and close a deal in the best interest of my client but in a way that leaves both parties satisfied. I've honed my skills in sales, marketing, planning, targeting and promotion and I bring all these past experiences to my real estate business.  Most importantly, I know the value of good service and the extraordinary difference it makes to my clients.
